    CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)

    Duration: 1 – 2 years. Course contains 12 Core Units and 8 Elective Units.

    Delivery mode: Online, Workplace, and/or flexible delivery

    Practical Placement : 240 hours that we can help you organise (working hours can be logged as placement hours for workplace students)

    Entry requirement: Be at least 18 years of age. There are no entry requirements for this course, however students are required to undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment and Pre -Training Review.

    Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

    Students may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer based on previous qualifications or relevant work experience.
